Our Service

Toronto Housecalls arranges doctors housecalls for Toronto residents in need of medical care.
Simply contact us and we will arrange for a qualified doctor to see you in your own your home.

Medical home visits are free of charge, provided you have a valid Ontario Health Card*.
*If you do not have a valid Ontario Health Card, then a standard fee of $150.00 applies. This fee is payable directly to
the doctor. A receipt for services can be provided upon request.
Hours of Operation
Call Centre: Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Doctor Home Visits:
Weekday Evenings: 6 PM - 10 PM
Weekends/Holidays: 2 PM - 9 PM
The exact time of your housecall will depend upon the call volume and geographic call distribution that day.
The doctor will call you within 1-2 hours of the visit to give you an approximate time window for the visit.
Note: We recommend that you call as early in the day as possible to request a visit. Housecalls are done on a first come, first served basis and doctors are limited to how many housecalls they are permitted to do in one day. If you call after 8 pm, there is a chance that you will not be seen that same day, but can request a visit for the following day.
Additional Information
Our doctors will see patients of all ages in their own homes for non-emergent medical problems.
The doctor will use his/her best judgment about management of a medical condition. Please note that it is not always appropriate to prescribe a medication for a given problem. The doctor can provide you with a copy of the medical record for the visit upon request.
